Demonstrational DRM transmission
Activity
SZOMEL Kft. broadcasted a DRM transmission on 26060 kHz at power of 100 W for 6 months both in 2019 and 2021, aiming to demonstrate the technical capabilities of state-of-the-art digital broadcasting solutions (xHE-AAC audio coding, Journaline service) on the one hand, and to perform coverage tests in metropolitan environment (Budapest) and in its suburban areas.
